India’s economic growth continues to create career opportunities for youngsters, says Director of Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy

Director of Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy Shalivahan on Friday (December 26) said that India’s continuous growth in all sectors would provide ample career opportunities for youngsters in spite of temporary challenges due to various factors.

Along with former minister and chairman of the Avathi Group Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao, he inaugurated GYAN-2k25, a two-day national-level technical fest in Avanthi Institute of Engineering and Technology of Cherukupalli of Vizianagaram district. 

Speaking on the occasion, he said the students who focus on developing skills and knowledge continuously in their respective courses would shine very well with the creation of lakhs of job opportunities in all sectors, including software, finance, energy, petroleum and other sectors.

Associate director of Cognizant AI Lab-Bengaluru Rituparna Datta said that the youngsters with additional skills are able to get ₹1 crore per annum packages in various companies. Infosys Group manager of Visakhapatnam Konchada Kishore Kumar, assistant professor of National Institute of Technology-Warangal Rimjhim, Brahma Kumaris organization representative Mani and others were present. Earlier, the guests observed various projects of students in the college premises. Smart Prosthetic Leg, Voice Controlled AI Robot, Robotic Arm, Ultrasonic sensor based moving dustbin and others exhibited in GYAN-2k25.
