The inquiry will be held in two parts on December 15 and 16 at the office of Ramachandrapuram Sub-Collector.

The inquiry will be conducted by Mr. Nokwal on December 15, in which six Maoists including Maoist Commander Madvi Hidma, his wife Raje, and his four gunmen were killed by the security forces at Papikonda National Park in Alluri Sitarama Raju district.

The inquiry into another encounter, which occurred at Pamuleru Panchayat, in which seven Maoists including Tech Sankar were killed, will be conducted on December 16.

“The family members of the deceased, police involved in the alleged exchange of fires, doctors involved in the post-mortem are directed to appear before the Sub-Collector for the inquiry,” said Mr. Subham Nokwal in the notification.
