The 54th State-level meeting of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP), Kerala PEDICON-25, will conclude here on Sunday.
Former Vice-Chancellor of the Kerala University for Health Sciences M.K.C. Nair inaugurated the conference. IAP’s national secretary Yogesh Parikh delivered the keynote address.
The new office-bearers of IAP’s Kerala chapter assumed office at the meeting.
Senior pediatricians in the State were honoured on the occasion.
Over 1,500 doctors and 250 postgraduate medical students from across the country participated in the three-day conference, which was hosted by the Thiruvananthapuram chapter of IAP.
