The Bengaluru City Police has appealed to people, especially women, to make use of its safety initiatives, including the emergency helpline 112 and the newly-developed K.S.P. app, aimed at enhancing security for citizens.

The K.S.P. app comes with multiple features designed to ensure safety of citizens. The app enables quick access to police assistance, particularly for individuals travelling through isolated or vulnerable areas.

Police have requested people to download the app for their own safety, reiterating that public safety remains the top priority of the department.
