Andhra Pradesh is witnessing a surge in investments, positioning the State as a frontrunner in industrial growth after the successful CII Summit 2025. Under the leadership of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and IT Minister Nara Lokesh, the State is reshaping its economic landscape and rekindling enthusiasm among the youth.

Speaking to the media in Vijayawada, MP Kesineni Sivanath (Chinni) said Andhra Pradesh had entered a new phase of development characterised by transparency, stability, and long-term planning. The steady flow of investments, he noted, indicated growing confidence among investors in the State’s governance and policy framework. Mr. Sivanath described Mr. Naidu as the “mantra of development,” adding that the joint efforts of Mr. Naidu and Mr. Lokesh would have a lasting impact on the State’s economic trajectory.

He contrasted the present progress with what he termed the “anarchic rule” of the previous YSRCP government, alleging that inefficiencies under former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy had prompted major industries to move out of the State.

Vijayawada (East) MLA Gadde Rammohan and TDP leader Sriram Rajagopal, who also attended the media briefing, said the outcome of the CII Summit reflected Andhra Pradesh’s strengthened position on India’s industrial map. They said the State’s youth were displaying fresh optimism as new industries and large-scale employment opportunities began to take shape.
