Udhayanidhi Stalin opens new medical scan centre in Vellore

Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin on Wednesday inaugurated the ₹5.5 crore Computed Tomography (CT) scan centre at Sri Narayani Hospital & Research Centre (SNHRC) in Vellore. According to a press release, Mr. Udhayanidhi visited the research centre during his visit to Vellore town to distribute government welfare assistance to beneficiaries. He was accompanied by Vellore MP D.M. Kathir Anand, Mayor Sujatha Anandakumar and Professor N. Balaji, director, SNHRC. The new centre will help for accurate assessment of medical complications including cardiac evaluations, neurological, and orthopedic assessments, the release said.
