Senior officials, including Secretary to the Chief Minister and Secretary to the Department of Information and Public Relations B.B. Cauvery, along with Commissioner of Information Department Hemant Nimbalkar, on Wednesday inspected the Convocation Hall of Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), the venue of the annual State film awards presentation ceremony scheduled for November 3.
The officials, who were accompanied by Mysuru City Police Commissioner Seema Latkar, gave necessary instructions and suggestions to the officials.
The officials also discussed the distribution of passes and parking arrangements for the dignitaries and invitees for the event.
The State film awards presentation ceremony for the year 2018 and 2019 are scheduled to be held at the Convocation Hall of KSOU on November 3.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) R.N. Bindumani, Assistant Commissioner of Police Shivashankar, and other officials were present.
